Q. How do I place an order?
Please use the order form on the order form page. If you would rather speak to someone then you can call us on (07) 5532 7786 or send us the order by Fax on (07) 5532 7786 or by Email.

Q. Do you deliver on the weekends or public holidays?
We deliver on Saturdays and we can arrange to deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays upon request. However this will incur an extra delivery charge.

Q. Where do you deliver?
Designing Petals can deliver around the corner or around the world. We can organize delivery for you almost “anywhere on Earth” (wherever there is a florist).

Q.  How long will the flowers last?
All flowers are different and it varies on the weather as well. If you would like something that lasts longer please tell us prior to placing an order. Lilly’s and Orchids have a great shelf life, sometimes lasting over 2 weeks.

Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
For orders placed over the telephone and online, we accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Bankcard (credit card only). Should you wish to place your order over the telephone and do not have a credit card, we do accept Australian Postal Money Orders.  For in store purchases, we also accept EFTPOS and CASH payments.

Q. Have my flowers been delivered?
If you are worried about delivery we can send you confirmation via email that your order has been delivered if you request us to do so. Or if you prefer, give us a call and we can let you know by phone.
